Terms & Conditions

DEPOSIT: The total amount of your stay is charged in full at the time the reservation is confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance will be issued a refund on your deposit minus a $25 or 6% cancellation fee (whichever is greater). Cancellations made less than 15 days (14 days or less) from the date of stay will be charged the full amount of the booking and will not receive a refund.

CHECK-IN: 3:00-6:00pm (Late check in will require you to contact the innkeeper to make advance arrangements)

CHECK-OUT: 11:00am

PAYMENT ACCEPTED: Debit, Credit (VISA/MC/DIS/AMEX), Cashier's Check, Money Order, Cash

SMOKING: Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. A $100 smoke cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking inside is determined.

DAMAGES: A damage/loss fee ($50 minimum) will be assessed for damaged or stolen items.  The innkeepers reserve the right to assess the value of the damaged or stolen property and charge your account accordingly.

CHILDREN: If traveling with children, please inquire about our age policy before making a reservation.

PET POLICY: We do not accept pets at this time. Please note that there are two small dogs on the property who are as hypoallergenic as they are adorable :)

OTHER:

  • No candles or other open-flame items permitted.
  • No real flower petals on fabrics or linens (please inquire about our silk flower petals).
