Three Course Southern Style Breakfast

Kentucky ProudHungry? We hope so! Our 3-course southern breakfast is sure to get your day off to a fantastic start. We use only the freshest, high-quality ingredients, most of which are produced locally in Kentucky. As a Kentucky Proud partner, we utilize many items in our dishes and carry various items for retail sale.

And who says you can’t drink your bourbon and eat it too? We incorporate bourbon into many of our house specialty dishes. From our homemade bourbon granola to our bourbon-infused dessert dishes, you will be sure to leave the table with a little extra prep in your step!

Breakfast is served from 8:00-9:30am on weekdays and 8:00-10:00am on weekends. The continental breakfast (first course) is available beginning at 7:30am.

First Course

Help yourself as we welcome you into the dining room to start your day

  • Our homemade bourbon granola, served with your choice of yogurt, milk, or almond milk. A Chateau Bourbon specialty!
    • Breads with assorted jams/spreads
    • Juices
    • Hot coffees and teas

Second Course

Mm…let’s eat! Selections vary daily and may include a combination of the following:

  • Signature egg dish of the day
  • Bacon, sausage, or country ham
  • Grits or fried potatoes
  • Buttermilk biscuits with sausage gravy
  • Fresh fruit

Third Course

We can’t let you go without dessert! End your meal with this small-plate sweet treat…just a few bites to get your day off right!
