READ ALL POLICIES THROUGHLY BEFORE MAKING A RESERVATION

POLICIES APPLY TO ALL RESERVATIONS, NO EXCEPTIONS

PAYMENT: The total amount of your stay is charged in full at the time the reservation is confirmed; We are unable to hold/reserve rooms without payment. Accepted payment methods include debit, credit or cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance will be issued a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days or less from the date of stay are non-refundable for any/all reasons. Changes to the reservation, including moving the date and/or a reduction of nights, within this 14-day window are not permitted. If this is a concern, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your visit as we are unable to make any exceptions to our policy. We are not responsible for your reason for cancelation, including but not limited to:

  • Illness
  • Weather
  • Travel delays/cancelations
  • Changes to work schedule
  • Lack of childcare
  • COVID-19 diagnosis, exposure, quarantine, etc.

CHECK-IN: 3:00-6:00pm: Please indicate your check-in time before arrival. Late check-in will require you to contact the innkeeper to make advance arrangements for self check-in. We are unable to accommodate early check-ins.

CHECK-OUT: 11:00am

BREAKFAST TIME: 8:00-10:00am (scheduled nightly)

HAPPY HOUR: 5:00pm

SMOKING: Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. A $100 smoke cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking inside is determined.

DAMAGES: A damage/loss fee ($50 minimum) will be assessed upon departure. This includes stains to linens, damaged/broken items, and stolen property. The innkeepers reserve the right to assess the value of the damaged or stolen property and charge your account accordingly.

CHILDREN: If traveling with children, please inquire about our age policy before making a reservation.

PET POLICY: We do not accept visiting pets at this time.

WEDDINGS: A wedding package is required for all bookings that include the use of our space for wedding day bridal party or groom party preparation. This includes permission for hair/makeup and photography onsite. Available only with the Whole-House rental. 2-night minimum required. Please call to discuss your specific needs and obtain pricing. Wedding bookings made without pre-arranging the wedding package with the innkeeper will be cancelled with penalty.

OTHER: No candles or open-flame items inside. No real flower petals on fabrics or linens (please inquire about our silk flower petals).

By agreeing to these terms, you give Chateau Bourbon the right to collect payment for any booking, damages, stolen property, and any additional costs incurred by you and those in your party. Chateau Bourbon reserves the right to deny, cancel, or vacate any reservation or booking party at any time without penalty or explanation.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Are there any exceptions to your cancelation policy? No, there are no exceptions. We are a very small business and have the necessary policies in place to ensure that we can continue to operate our business successfully.
  • I see that you have a 2-night minimum, but I can only stay one night – Can you host me for just one night? No, if a room is showing a 2-night minimum, we do not waive that minimum as there is a reason it is set that way in the first place. Occasionally single nights do open up and are reflected during your dates of stay if available. If you have flexibility and would like to find a single night, you may call and we can help you find an opening. Please note that the single-night rate is slightly higher than the rates for multi-night stays.
  • I want to come but am still working things out – can you hold a room for me? NO, we do not hold rooms due to the very small size of our property and very high demand.
  • Do I need to let you know when I am checking in? YES, we need to know an estimated arrival time for all arriving parties. We will contact you the morning of arrival to finalize check-in details.
  • I have some food allergies – Can you accommodate those? YES, if you note your allergies/restrictions in advance on your reservation, we can certainly accommodate those for you!
